hello everyone Iam Diether Guerrero(DIET). a pleasant day to you, Iam 17 year old . I like eating any kind of foods but still hindi pa rin ako tumataba .So I created this blog to know the reasons and para tumaba na rin ako. (hahahahaha^.^). Some of all my classmates already told me that "kain ka ng kain di ka naman tumataba and this is the worst I heared!!galing pa sa parents ko kaya nakaka shocks talaga . ahahaha.' hindi ka na tataba ! kasi pinalo kita ng walis tingting at gugutumin na rin kita! diba! my mother is a rude.

  5. The most prominent way you can do is to change your appetite specifically consume vegetables and fruits. In other hard you must change your lifestyle in the means of various physical exercise and take vitamins in equal proportion.

  6. Mabilis ang metabolism mo kaya hindi ka tumataba😊 hindi porket hindi ka tumaba because of any reasons na pinalo ka ng ting ting or what 😊 it's just that mabilis ang metabolism mo kaya hindi ka tumataba😊 advice for you is that eat nutritious foods and take vitamins😊tiwala lang tataba karin😂😂

  7. Maybe you're eating foods that are not appropriate for your body. Eating all kinds of foods doesn't mean that it will help you gain weight or what. Also, maybe because you have faster metabolism than other people do. Try to eat nutritious foods especially foods with protein and carbo.

    Being fat doesn't necessarily mean that you are healthy. Being thin doesn't mean you are unhealthy, as well. All you have to do is balance your meal and a proper regular exercise. You don't have to be fat to be healthy. Start living with a fit body. ;)
